In 2009 over £3000 was raised in sponsorship in the Half Marathon event in London – twinning the effort with a Half Marathon organised on the same day by SACCA in Rwanda. The Rwandan event got a lot of publicity, raising SACCA’s profile considerably, and was a great team occasion for children, staff and supporters.
